RETURNS POLICY

Should you need to return a product, please read though the following terms and conditions first, then follow our returns online procedure.

Return Policy

We understand that there may be occasions when you will need to return items to mindyourit.

Those reasons and our actions relating to them are listed below;

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items you receive were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received at our warehouse, we' will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival

Should you find that your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault.  Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

Should any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, such as 19” racking or office furniture, we will provide a specialist full on-site service in order to correct the fault quickly.

Open-Box Items (Used)

Please note that our open-box (used) stock is sold with 90 calendar days warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 90 days of receipt will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products from the Secure Your IT range. It does apply to the Rack Your IT or Desk Your IT ranges where produced are manufactured to order.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please notify us by e-mail to cancellation@mindyourit.co.uk  giving the reason for the return as "Right to withdraw". We will confirm that the cancellation request has been made within the seven day cooling off period and inform you of where to send the item/s via return e-mail. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price excluding the item's original postage charge.
